Refund Policy

At Innana World, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services that empower our clients to achieve lasting transformation. Due to the nature of our coaching programs, refunds are limited and subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Coaching Packages and services

​

• Once a coaching package or service has been purchased and the first session has taken place, no refunds will be issued.

• If you request a refund before the first session, a 50% administrative fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.

• Rescheduling sessions is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice; otherwise, the session may be forfeited.

2. Online Programs & Courses

​

• Online programs and digital courses are non-refundable, as they contain immediate access to valuable content and resources.

• If you experience technical issues, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving them.

3. VIP Breakthrough Days

​

• Due to the intensive preparation required for VIP Breakthrough Days, these sessions are non-refundable once booked.

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Innana World. Any such requests must be made in writing with supporting documentation.
